Can I return items if they aren't suitable?
If you change your mind about a purchase we will gladly exchange them or provide you with a store credit.
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit you must meet the following criteria:
- Item(s) must be unused.
- Item(s) must be in their original, undamaged packaging with all tags and labels attached.
- Must not be a sale item.
- You must contact us via email requesting a return of your item within seven days of receiving the order.
You will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item and for the shipping cost of any items that are being sent to you as an exchange.
We cannot guarantee that any items you request for an exchange will be in stock.
We do not offer refund for change of mind, or other similar circumstance in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Can I cancel my order before it is shipped?
Unfortunately, due to the large number of orders we receive we cannot cancel orders before they are shipped.
Can I get a refund if my item is faulty or broken?
We take great care to check the quality of our products before shipping and we ensure we package them in a way that will minimize the chance of damage. However, we understand that occasionally an item may arrive damaged.
If this occurs we will gladly provide you with a refund or an exchange. Please contact us within seven days of receiving the item in order for us to work out a solution.
